Jack

Jack is communicative, physically active, and willingly participates in a variety of activities.  He is also very polite, cheerful, and loves to learn and engage in conversations. Jack enjoys the outdoors, music, playing basketball, ball games, and socializing through games. His hobbies include watching TV, and playing with building blocks, action figures, and toy vehicles. Jack can manage his daily routines with some assistance. He enjoys a loving relationship with his mother and grandmother, who remain actively involved in his life.  It is important to maintain this connection to help Jack feel safe and secure when transitioning to a new family setting.
