Kelsey

Kelsey is delightful to be around.  She has a great sense of humor and a beautiful smile.  She gets along well with others and enjoys being around them.  Kelsey especially likes playing around on cell phones and calling loved ones.  She likes to listen to music on her tablet and color in coloring books.  Kelsey needs an adoptive home that can provide a lot of love, have time to spend quality time with Kelsey to learn how to communicate with her, and show genuine compassion for a child with special needs.  An ideal family for Kelsey would be a home with two parents and one to two children.  Kelsey wants to remain connected to her siblings Benjamin, Brooklyn, and Chelsa.
